OBI HOLDINGS JAPAN Co., Ltd. has changed its company name to "CLOUD HEART JAPAN Co., Ltd.," effective August 20, 2026.

This name change unifies the brand name with the operating company name, establishing a clear management structure centered on our apparel business, CLOUD HEART.

At the same time, Kaname Nagayama has been appointed as Representative Director, and the company has transitioned to a new management structure as a wholly owned subsidiary of OBI HOLDINGS PTE. LTD., headquartered in Singapore.

Going forward, we will leverage the business foundation and network of the OBI HOLDINGS Group to strengthen our product development, manufacturing, and sales operations, while advancing brand expansion across Japan and other regions in Asia.

Under our new company name, we will continue to carefully nurture the values and world view of CLOUD HEART, with the aim of building a brand that is trusted and loved for years to come.

I am honored to have been appointed Representative Director of CLOUD HEART JAPAN Co., Ltd.
