Announcement regarding the capital increase of CLOUD HEART JAPAN Co., Ltd. Effective August 20, 2026, the company increased its capital from JPY 10 million to JPY 100 million to strengthen its business foundation for future product development in golf wear and junior golf wear, as well as expansion across Asia.
